Mother-N-Law's 70th B-Day Cook

Options
My mother-in-law ask for my to cook chicken, bean's and sausage on my Egg fir her birthday. She asked my brother-in-law to smoke some ribs. I cooked the sausage for 2 hours over the beans and went with peach wood. There is peach whiskey in the beans too. After I pulled the sausage I took it up to 325-350 and put the chicken on in beer can method. First time trying it and it was great, now I did brine the chicken over night for 12 hours with brown sugar, kosher salt, bbq seasoning and a peach beer. Everything was awesome and so was my brother-in-law's ribs. I also did some Italian brats and put them in the beans. We almost forgot to put the beans out. We had way to much food, but who doesn't like leftovers.
