Football, alcohol, dead animal and bge. I'm ready for a break.
The light came on this afternoon
Two butts are better than one
Injected with Wicker's. In all my taste test people like the injected. ..can't argue with success.
Sebastian's on one and a combo of kosher and DDP salt free. I know...I bought the salt free but we hate it. (Sorry Chris) I thought I'd try this out.
Got her rolling with Rockwood and hickory chunks
Slow on the egg but not on the Woodford

Butts look good. I have a feeling my light may come on too. I plan on throwing a 14lb packer brisket on the large in a few hours. It's my first brisket so we will see how it goes.

Looks like a good way to start the weekend. Both butts for da Henapple or you givin some away ?? I'm putting in a 1/2 day tomorrow and don't go back till 8/8. Pork Nachos needs to be added to the rotation my friend.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
