Pork Tenderloin - the other shoe dropped

Tenderloins come in packs of two. This once roasted with fresh green beans Asian style (Ginger, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, sherry). 425 deg indirect. It got a bit overdone (pulled at 155) but was still juicy. BTW, this was a Weight Watchers recipe - very flavorful. WW recipes have come a long way...
