New hardwood lump??

Just went to Wally World and picked up a bag of RO and on my way out they had an unopened pallet of hardwood lump called Western Premium Lump in nice plastic style bags not the paper kind ... No price marked on them yet ... Anybody ever hear of this kind ? Definitely new here
