Chicken lettuce wraps

Washed the lettuce and then pat dried the leaves. Had rice and water chestnuts peas chives and sprouts. We did all that without the help of the small egg. Cubed chicken and marinated it in a spicy ginger sauce.
Small egg was at 350 direct. Put the cubes of chicken on skewers and grilled them. Wonderful meal.
