14# Brisket - Street BBQ

Last night we had our street BBQ, I was asked to serve brisket. Lit the Egg at 2am put the brisket on at 3am ish. Spritzed every hour from 8am -1pm. Foiled at 1pm until 203F at 4pm. FTC and served at 630pm. Cooked between 240-257F grate. Not my best but not a failure either. Thanks for looking. imageimageimageimageimageimage
