Left over rib from yesterday. Red wine vinegar slaw, rib meat and bbq sauce.
Really good. I think pulled pork is the best but ribs, brisket or chicken are good also.

The Pre-Party and @henapple's work day starts on the 13th. Now the post-party will be on the 14th. My wife and I did the same with pulled pork, and used a ranch BBQ dip, it was delicious.
