When you realize more are coming for dinner...

You have to improvise! I had to go double-decker to get enough spare ribs on the egg today. Just finished the "3" of the 3-2-1 method. About to wrap these bad boys with some honey powder and squeeze butter on top with a little 50/50 apple juice & water bath.
