Me? Not anything big that's for sure! We're going to our church supper picnic tonight and I have another picnic Sunday afternoon for work. Sunday night I'm doing something easy requiring little effort like chicken legs or spatching a bird. How about you?

Steak last night, boston butt is on now, and steak/chicken/shrimp fajitas for sunday night.

Can't go wrong with spatching a good bird!

We are having a family gathering at our place. Pot Luck style. Everyone brings something, So all the salads and desert are being brought by family.. we are responsible for the meat, so I am doing a few sockeye salmon fillets, (hopefully I catch some today, sockeye season is open) and some pork tenderloins, and some farmer sausage, so both small and large eggs will be chugging  away. Should be fun.

Oh yeah. I've made lasagna several times. Beats oven baking by a country mile!

For dinner tonight, Duck Ballotine, no matter how badly I might butcher the carcass de-boning it.
I hope to post lots of pics later tonight.
