Just go around to posting these tonight. Left over chicken was used to make quesadillas tonight. The quesadillas were banging!
Thighs before grill: Salt, pepper, canola oil.
Potatoes and corn: Butter on top, salt, and pepper
Glaze: Orange juice, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 chipotle pepper, worcestershire sauce (1 TBL),1/4 cup ketchup. Reduce and let thicken. Added TBL of butter at end for flavor and coating purposes.
Food on!

@kdink I meant to cook raised direct here, but forgot to place my bricks. So, I just improvised.Cooked at around 400-425°, however I placed the thighs around the sides where the flames were not. Essentially around where the fire ring is. I did bring them out near the hot middle once fat rendered to crisp them up.I cooked with the skin on as well, but during the cook, I peeled the skin back and brushed some glaze on there too.------------------------------
