Looks great. I did this once and cored it out and added BGE's recipe for BBQ soup. It was excellent. What recipe did you use for the bread?XL BGE, LG BGE, and a hunger to grill everything in sight!!!Joe- Strongsville, OH

Awesome, I love to make artisan bread. Bought a copry or The Bread Bakers Apprentice . A very valuable tool if you want to make really accurate excellant bread. Beautiful picture and presentation , congrats.

We had our annual Pizza & Bread class here at the Egg store yesterday. We teach out of the Jim Lahey books....My Bread/My Pizza. Great stuff.

Yes, a 5 qt DO works great. Lid on for a portion of the cook to create steam.One of our best selling books here at the shop, Pick one up online and give it a try.We also did a coconut/chocolate desert pizza that is very tasty as well.

This experienced Egg-couple are from Santa Monica and travel up to help with our annual baking class. Eating hot/fresh bread is more of my forte. LOL
