Spanish Night: Two Tapas, My First Paella, Wine

Did my first paella tonight and did it up right.
First up: some cold tapas, green olives and spicy Spanish chorizo.
Next up: grilled Padron peppers with prosciutto and fresh mint.
And of course some Spanish wine, tonight a nice little Rioja.
Finally, chicken paella.
This was fun, I'll definitely add paella to the rotation.

Great looking meal. When I do paella I look at this list to see what mood I am in for. Reason for un-peeled garlic? Looks coolSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

@Mickey the only reason is that is how I see it in most photos, with most of the "paper" removed and just enough left to hold it together. I also had a ton of grated garlic in the sofrito.LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.
