Spanish Night: Two Tapas, My First Paella, Wine

Options
Did my first paella tonight and did it up right. First up: some cold tapas, green olives and spicy Spanish chorizo. image Next up: grilled Padron peppers with prosciutto and fresh mint. imageimage And of course some Spanish wine, tonight a nice little Rioja. image Finally, chicken paella. imageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimage This was fun, I'll definitely add paella to the rotation.

@Mickey the only reason is that is how I see it in most photos, with most of the "paper" removed and just enough left to hold it together. I also had a ton of grated garlic in the sofrito.
