Angus Beef back ribs and Beer Brats in Greensboro

Fantastic weather in Greensboro NC today. I am doing some Beef ribs and Beer brats..Ribs are about to go on at 250 dome for 3 hours then foil with beef broth, worcestershire sauce and Aleppo pepper, about 2 hours foiled, then rest for 30 min. Beer brats will be done with a sliced sweet onion and a Shiner Bock beer.Also going to throw on a coil of South African sausage, which we made last weekend..Life is great..Everyone enjoy your weekend..
