Recently came across this fantastic recipe, so borrowed it to eggsperiment. Careful what you post others may eggjoy it also!

Cooked on tao since was doing a wok dish also. Served chix with jasmine rice with duck stock for liquid in rice pot.

Richard,I would double up on the Gochujang too, but the wife might not be able to handle the spice, plus I would be concerned about excessive saltiness. I swapped out the parsley in the sauce for Cilantro, and the results were great. I will make this again. Pictures show start to finish. I love the sight of the coals glowing red.Winnipeg, Canada
