At my Publix ribeyes go on sale once a week or so for under $8.00 a pound. We have been watching beef prices rise, and today ribeyes were on sale for......$10.00 a pound. That is more than the regular price a couple months ago.

It's getting crazy expensive :(Bacon is out of control. My stores seem to be selling just the normal national brands at nearly $7 a pound, beef prices are also crazy. I just bought 2 pounds of ground beef and it was like $8. It was the more lean stuff, but not even the 90% lean that was even more.Soon the beef prices will be so high I will have to not cook it anymore...

It has finally reached the point that we aren't doing much steak, unless it is just the two of us.

They have angus choice porterhouse for $11.99 this week also, likely go that route myself. Love a good ribeye but Publix sales on them are spotty.Jacksonville FL

Told my wife we were going to be eating a lot of chicken this year...LBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI.
If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard...
