Nice chops done with my personal rub. Perhaps the only thing for which I religiously follow a recipe.
Showed everyone's plate; First Daughter likes fancy beer, The Spouse had seltzer; and I had no potatoes.

Thanks anzyegg, I like to demonstrate you can cook everyday on the BGE.
Nature Boy, they were very moist, pulled at 145 internal.

I know it's not the best picture but we also had some Chops tonight. Just some thin cut family pack stuff seasoned with Lawrys Steak and Chop Marinade, Quick and simple.Blake.The Beatings Will Continue Until Morale Improves!
