Sous Vide Pork Loin

Soaked this at 140 for about 6 hours and then spiced it up for a 500 degree sear on the egg
Made some sweet corn with bacon, red onion, cilantro and basamic vinegar
For good measure a side of broccoli and green beans (and a spoonfull of pineapple/habanero pepper sauce) with a nice Cabernet to wash it down
I think pork loin in the sous vide is great!
