So I have done many sausage fatties and I was wondering what would happen if I used some good ole 80/20.
And so it started:
Mixed it up with minced onions, garlic, S/P, few bread crumbs and one egg. Then seasoned with Fiesta brand Chile Lime and Hamburger seasoning.
Rolled it out and topped with cream cheese and shredded 4 chesse mix.

Was a little big so I had to stuff it in the Mini.

Next we will ride it to about 165 IT then go direct to crisp up the bacon.


I guess you could call them Mini Bacon Burger Sliced Sliders
