Okay I know this is an egg forum and I LOVE my egg. But after a day at the lake fishing and skiing the wifey said "let's just get mcdonalds". I said "really"? So here is what we did. Store bought frozen tilapia filets and some cool cucumber salad. She said "I'm so glad we didn't stop at mcdonalds". The Burton smoker box on the side burner is awesome I must say. Just a few pecan wood chips in red wine with a dash of Pig Pounda Kapa rub. Even the kids loved it. Admittedly it ain't 5 star stuff but it beats the crap outa Mickey D's. BTW...love this forum.
Fish, Hunt, Cook....anything else?
