Wasn't to long ago someone had rubbed their sausage. I thought why not.
I rubbed 3 with BBBR and after the pic the SWMBO wanted Tsunami Spin on hers, so I did one and left the other plain.

I had the onions & green peppers boiling on the gasser(first time burning in a 2yrs at least) and sauerkraut on the big silver clock. Meanwhile the brauts were gettin happy on the small

Now the embarrassing part. I deleted the plated pic. Freakin fat fingers on the iPad. Anyway the jist of the post is that putting rub on the sausages turned out most excellent. The BBBR was great and the wife wanted another one with Tsunami but she was outta luck.

Looks like some awesome brats to me. No need for plated pic. My food usually goes so quick I can't get in quick enough for plated pics.

I really like the BBBR. Some times I mix it with Tony Chacheries for a real treat.

We finally found some BBBR @ Jungle Jim's in Cincinnati last weekend. I'd is awesome. Had some on chicken breasts last weekend and used it tonight on a pork tenderloin.

The SWMBO thinks BBBR is to peppery but I line it on pork & beef, not tried on poultry yet.

You have had several good looking cooks. The chicken thighs come to mind. Sausage is just a treat ever so often here.

@Mattman3969‌ you are kind sir. I just hosted an old friend from college who brought me some smoked sausage and andouille from a small butcher in Louisiana. I am currently planning it's demise and will be sure to share here. Cheers.
