Pork Bone In Roast Hanging On Meat Hooks.

Here is something a little different than traditional pork chops. A 6 pound bone in pork roast cooked in the old style. Hanging on meat hooks in a smokey and humid environment. Hope y'all enjoy my friends. I was going to cook this on my egg but due to using the meat hooks I was forced to use my vertical. Hope y'all enjoy it nonetheless.

That looks delicious!BTW: you did fix my egg! Still have the underbite, but I didn't have ANY smoke leaking when I was smoking some chicken this morning!!
