The little townhouse complex I live in is having a BBQ on Sunday and I'm doing ribs. Was planning to do three racks three different ways. I know i want to do one classic rack (texas style rub and a tomato based sauce) and one jalapeño cilantro rack. Any ideas for a third style? Thanks!
