Grabbed some fresh Kale at the farm stand and some aged asiago and spicy sausage from the wine cave, a couple rolls from the Italian Bakery as well. Egged up and butterflied the sausage, lightly toasted the bread and topped both with sautéed garlicky kale and the aged asiago... Nice quick Philly style sammich....washed down with a Belgian Quad,
