I am wanting to buy a paella pan for my LBGE. Ones I have found are too big with the handles and I do not have the means to remove the handles. Any suggestions? I would like to make enough for four (4) people.
THANKS!
Large BGE, 2 Tier Adjustable Swing Rack System, three (3) bricks from Home Depot for raised direct, Blackstone 22" Griddle - Finally have a decent cooking area!

most 14 inch ones just fit but the 13.5 inch size fits better. hacksaws are fairly inexpensive if you need a larger size
fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -
Google Typhoon paella pan. 15 1/2" fits easily on a large.

I've seen posts where folks have heated up and bent the handles up so it would look like that typhoon pan.
I had thought about going larger than 18" on my pan for my XL and bending the handles but the 20" pata negra pan is restaurant grade and the handles are huge and about twice as thick as those on the 18". Ended up going with the 18" pan for the XL.XL, Large, Small, Mini Eggs, Shirley Fabrication 24x36 Patio, Humphrey's Weekender, Karubecue C-60, MAK 1-Star General, Hasty Bake Gourmet, Santa Maria Grill, Webers: 14" WSM, 22.5" OTG, 22.5" Kettle Premium, WGA Charcoal, Summit S-620 NG

I found this one on Amazon. I don't have it, but one reviewer said it is perfect on an 18 inch ceramic cooker.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I have two traditional 14 inch pans (handles are wings). They fit perfectly in the LBGE if I place them on top of bricks on top of the grate. No hacksaws.

Note: not both at the same time.
