    Good cook.  I personally would head towards the CH cooked from the hook.  IMO, that's the best way to cook a whole bird.  I'm guessing the skin was fabulous.  

    Willie Mae's Scotch House ruined fried chicken for me.  Love that place!

    The deep fried and the birds on the hooks were par excellent. The ones in the pan were real good as well but the skin wasn't on par with the ones on the hooks. This was a test to see which way I preferred them. The hooks won over the pan. Thanks for the kind words.
