Wagyu beef at Costco in Canada

I have seen frozen wagyu beef sold online at costco.ca but this is the first time I see that they sell fresh ones at a retail warehouse.
I know what I am eating for diner.
Now I have to decide if I sous vide them and then sear them on the coals caveman style or if I just grill them....

I just did SV and then down on the spider hot. Turned out perfect. It looks wonderful @pagman. Definitely not over-cooked! I didn't see any seasoning on the steak on the egg. Did you use a board dressing? Phenomenal looking meal.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

@SmokeyPitt - I never put any seasoning before searing a steak (except salt). Pepper develops a bitter taste when burned... I just called a local meat shop and was informed he stocks American Kobe briskets for a few comp teams around here. 6.99 a pound. Going to try one this weekend I think.
