SGH Inspired Meatloaf

@SGH Here is what I came up with since the boys are not big fans of mashed potatoes. Figured I would make normal meatloaf, homade mac'n cheese and wrap it all in bacon. Went on to a indirect 300 degree egg and slowly let it creep up to 400.
Meat loaf - eggs, ketchup, oatmeal and Lipton onion soup mix
Mac'n Cheese - Velveeta and milk
Weave
MNC layer
Rolled
Covered
On the egg
Done
Plated with steamed garden beans

@NPHuskerFL - The pasta was a little overdone to start with and was kind of mushy after cooking inside the meatloaf. If I ever do it again, after talking with my cardiologist, I would want the pasta way more aldente. The other interesting thing is that the meat took on the cheesy taste and the macoroni took on a beefy/bacon taste.

@DMW - I make my meatloaf with lots of oats so to help absorb the cholesterol from the beef and bacon. so its all good. My Five year old said this is the way meatloaf should always be.

@SGH - Thanks, it was only like 3-4 pounds unlike your 10 pound monster but with the four of us it was plenty. I will eat leftovers for 1 day and then freezer bag the rest as I don't think my arteries will take 3 - 4 days of eating this for lunch. It was fun and my wife gave it a big 2 thumbs up
