My attempt at chops.
Sliced sweet potatoes. Cooked down a butter, b sugar and cinnamon mix, dipped and slow cooked.
Fired up lil AG
Sear
Finished in an aged balsamic vinegar and brown sugar pan.

@Fred19Flintstone. ..like most things I do, it was alcohol induced. Put the butter, b sugar and cinnamon in a bowl on the ps in the egg to melt. All of a sudden I realized I left it in there. It was a thick syrup. A good mistake. Thanks Woodford. .. 8-}Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN
