Rutland Gasket Installed

Much easier to install than I thought it would be!

Can't Egg today but doing ribs tomorrow!

    Much easier to install than I thought it would be! Can't Egg today but doing ribs tomorrow! Happy Sat everyone!
    I'm close to having to install my 3rd gasket, after the original felt then a nomex.  Thinking about a Rutland. Curious if you removed the dome?  You mentioned it was easy, hope you are right, since I am not the handiest of the bunch.

    I did not remove the dome. It's so easy a caveman can do it! :-))

    You will be well pleased with the Rutland. I recently installed one myself. Here it is after 6 cooks and a 1,200 degree burn off for 30 minutes. Looks just like it did when I installed it.imageimage

    Status- Standing by.

    Feel free to give me a holler if I can explain the process - people just like @loveTheEgg tell me all the time my instructions made it easy to do.
