    billy, this is simple and very good. Cover with worcestershire, rub with kosher salt/black pepper/dried tyme/dried or fresh rosemary/dried oregano/garlic powder/onion powder. Egg direct or inderect (your choice) with drip-pan. Internal temp of 130 is rare, 140 is "rare-plus", even higher is ok, but don't over cook. [p]Keep smokin, Dana
