It could be how you shot the pic. IPhone? Try rotating the pic 90° to the way it should be once posted.

Wow, those look great! Nice and crispy. How did you season them?
-
@Dyal_SC I put the wings on a rack and air dry them in the fridge, then a couple hours before grill time I season with corn starch and S&P and which ever seasoning I feel like that day. These little fellas were done @ 400* direct, raised. For about 50-60 minutes. Results are crispier wings. Just the way we like em.Large, small, and a mini

Nice wings, set in the beautiful Fraser Valley. Nice job.The other night I was in T&T at Central City in Surrey and they had flappers for $2.99 a pound, drummers for $1.99. Super special buy IMO.Not sure why they had this sale, it wasn't advertised. Picked up 5 pounds of flappers (SWMBO favourite) as that was all they would sell me.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

@Skiddy. Morning! We are sure enjoying our summer so far, sounds like there is going to be a wing feast coming real soon to your place. Wings, cold beer, sunshine, with a little music to boot= great eats.Large, small, and a mini

I agree! And they are so much better when cooked on the egg!smokesniffer said:@NPHuskerFL thank you, wings are a "food group" for us. We really enjoy them.
