Pus rockets, hockey pucks, and tube-steaks… Oh-my! (on the small)

Nothing fancy other than the taste-  

Just made similar offerings at a vacation rental cabin that had a gasser.

I needed a do-over on the egg and SWMBO agreed that even the most basic of dogs, burgers, and mini-brat's are so much better done over hardwood lump.
