That one's a lower price. Maybe the gauge is different. I've got the ones from Ceramic Grill Store, but they're not very deep.
I bought two sizes from CGS, but one of them mysteriously disappeared because it "looked too nice to burn up in the egg" and it later reappeared as a serving platter.

I got one from CGS with my small woo. It was a big joke at my camp cuz it looked like the collection plate at church.

I got so many drip pans that I don't even use anymore.I went to an Eggfest where the special guest cook didn't use a drip pan so I tried it that way and haven't looked back. Also, I haven't noticed one bit of difference with my cooks. Don't even cover my indirect stones with foil either.

GalanteNate_OneEa, A 2" drip pan with a spacer under it (I use a cake cooling rack) does bring it right up to the grate. They do make 16" round pans that are only 1" high that would give you more room under the rack.Southeast Florida - LBGE

The pan is cheap. They want $16.50 to ship it from NV to AZ. I will stick with foil pie tins.

Thanks for the advice and that smoked pork butt looked incredible! Haven't tried smoking yet, but hopefully will soon.

I went to the site but couldn't identify exactly which pan this is. Is it this? http://www.webstaurantstore.com/16-x-2-round-aluminum-cake-pan-deep-dish-pizza-pan/419FS25162.html
Looks like it but this is a minimum order of 6 pans.
Thanks!

You can order single pans. They reduce the price if bought in lots of six. Price of $8.50 isn't bad, but it would cost me almost $13 to ship. Still looking for a local supplier.Southeast Florida - LBGE

I use drip pans every so often, if I think of it. I usually pick up a few at the grocery store, or some Webers at the grill store and keep a few sitting around. If I run out I'll often just make one up out of aluminum foil, or more likely I'll just skip it altogether. Yeh, the plate setter gets kind of crudded up, but it doesn't interfere with its function. I usually will then just scrape it off with the ash tool, or more likely just wait til the next pizza cook. The plate setter comes out of a pizza exercise looking like new.
