I've made a few batches of ribs on my new lg egg with great success... I prefer the low and slow at 250-275 for 5 or 6 hours. This weekend I am cooking a bunch of baby backs for my Dads birthday, and will be cooking the ribs on two levels. My question is do I need to rotate the bottom and top levels of ribs during the cook, or will they cook evenly if they keep them on the same level throughout the cook?? Thanks for any helpful imput...

I think you will find there are hotter and cooler areas and that they would cook more evenly if you rotated occasionally. Also, if you have been doing spares and these are BB's, these will cook about an hour faster. Hope this helps.

Do you have an AR with the Ribs and Brisket combo? Either way, I would move from top to bottom and front to back every hour or so. The reason I ask about the AR R&B , it has two oval grids the you can just grab and swap/rotate.XL BGE; Medium BGE; L BGE

No, for now I just use bricks... I was just looking at the AR and I think I would like to get one
