We're going camping in the mountains this weekend. Taking the weber q (--shhh!) I'm going to prepackage in ziplocks: burgers, hotdogs/brats, steaks, chicken legs/wings. (Each meal will be a different ziplock) However, if i had a small and would be staying near it to monitor it I'd definitely be thinking pork butt or chuck roast.Slumming it in Aiken, SC.

Roast a chicken. Leftovers can be chicken salad sandwiches tomorrow.
