stemc33 said::-w hmmm! Starting to wonder if your telling the truth about your pics and an iPhone. Pretty sure most of us are using a camera phone and can't even get a lucky shot every once in a while. I know, I know, you only get the most from the light or some silliness. C'mon man. Your killing us with those pics.
Rumor has it they're gonna ban you from the forum for making everybody look bad.
I hardly make anyone look bad on here, lots of talented foodies and shooters on here, it certainly isn't my intention.

I have this vision in my mind of @hapster 's deck with 3 lighting stands , with diffusers, white umbrellas, bounce flashes, and a strobe light! There is a director barking instruction from a directors chair. Also a make-up person to paint the colors on the food so they pop! Throw in creative food arranger. Hapster just comes in and snaps pictures with his I-phone.XL BGE; Medium BGE; L BGE

Firemanyz said:@hapster man the seafood looks great, BUT I'm in total shock that you would call that name brand stuff kolbasi. With all the access to shops in south philly you have I figured you would be using kolbasi from there. Personally Czerw's is ok but I prefer kolbasi from a place upstate in Wilkes-barre called Leonard's. Any ways just wanted to give you a hard time and the seafood looks yummy.
Your right about Leonard's @Firemanyz I don't live to far from there and it is a staple around our house.LBGE& SBGE———————————————•———————– Pennsylvania / poconos -
@grege345 my wife was just upstate last month and went to a few shops around town there. We concluded that nothing is as good as Leonard's. I recall three places she went fetches kominskis and some place else. She did get some kolbasi sticks from somewhere that are good. Funny story about Leonard's when she was up she had bought about 25# and they said they had more in the smoker still but it would not be done until closing time. So she left and went back, the lady at the register saw her walk back in and have her the riot act ask how much dam kolbasi do you need. She bought 20# more and a tee shirt for me. The only other kolbasi that I put in the same category with Leonard's is from a meat shop in Austell Ga called Paka meats. If you ever get down that way check it out.
Is I lived close to Leonard's I might look like a kolbasi also because id eat it every day. -
Hap what did you use in ci to cook your scallops in.Lg&Sm ---Middleport NY
