Pulled Beef

We decided to try pulled beef for dinner. We started with a nice lean chuck roast with a little bit of rub sprinkled over it. It cooked indirect over a drip pan with beef broth and onions. image It went 5 hours at 275 until 200 internal. image Then it went into a pan of beef broth with onions, shrooms and banana peppers covered with foil for 2 hours. The egg was still dutifully at 275. image It was moist and pulled well. imageimage We served simple fare with slaw and fries. image I would call it a successful cook.
