It's Christmas Brisket Time Again!

<p />Ever since I got my egg a few years back, I started giving out briskets for Christmas. I wanted to give close friends something special and unique and as I've found out, a still hot, freshly egged brisket is something special.[p]Tonight I'll be firing up a Large BGE for the first time a quite a while due to travels. It's for a Christmas Brisket for the office before we head to the Smokey Mountains to spend Christmas with family and a medium BGE.[p]I wish ya'll a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and a New Year filled with some great egging experiences.[p]Before you know it, it'll be Lawn Ranger's Egging in the Snow Party in Fredricksburg. Sandbagger,[p]I swear, the last thing I remember is picking up a bottle of tequila in the duty free store on the way to Tokyo.[p]Hmmm. The egg is warming up now. Smoke is wafting up in the still night. It's a good night to sit up with some adult beverage and egg watch.[p]It's good to be missed. <p />MickeyT,[p]Thanks. That was Christmas in the Smokies a couple of years ago when I gave a medium to my in-laws. It's awaiting for me after a 1100 mile drive. I'm tossing a frozen brisket in the cooler before I head out tomorrow afternoon.[p]Here's another view in the Summer. I'm going to have to try one of those new gadgets of yours. Things are fine except for us being down with the flu and not so good news on my eye. However, looks like we are going to survive another year. To celebrate our good fortune Santa has heard my appeal for a small Egg. I'm hoping it will arrive this week. I need to practice on it so I can cook something at Fredericksburg.
