Blackend Mingo snapper (aka: vermilion or b-liner) mango salsa/salad steamed broc and avocado.
I didn't intend to post but the dang salsa was mind blowing. I used bayou-ish for the blackening. And The link below for the salsa recipe. The salsa would be an excellent side for almost any Mexican dish.
