My Spatchcock tonight
First of all I hope the pics load correctly, this is my first time.
Did the spatchcock with DP Shakin the Tree. Raised direct @325 till breasts hit 165. Used pecan chips.
Also did my signature potato boat that has chopped taters, chopped onion, salt and pepper, a little Greek seasoning, and just a little butter so nothing sticks to the foil.
