Out of Tsunami Spin!
Options
Ran out of Tsunami Spin and already thawed out a chicken! Rubbed it down with some a Weber Kicken Chicken, looks good but pretty sure it won't taste as good. I'll let you know. I love Spatchcocked chicken. So easy and always done perfect.

I use Kickin Chicken sometimes. It's actually pretty good stuff. Did you like it?L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN!

Tsunami is my go to rub on spatchcocks at the beach (on a gasser :-t ) . Love it on anything and everything but the Asian spices seem to hold strong on the gasser... Not sure why.
PS also amazing on bacon wrapped asparagus!!!!! <---- pro tip from an amateur -
