Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

@SGH, any chance you could hold off until the 28th? We've got a lot of family stuff going on on the 27th.

@SGH, I'm an idiot! I was looking at the August calendar and not July. The 27th does work for me; as does the 28th. I apologize for the confusion. Proceed on whatever date works best for you. Looking forward to what you have in store for us!

It's not so much of a cook as it is a master plan unfolding that myself and a few other forum members have been working on for quite some time. It's for a very special forum member. Please know that I have missed you brother. Be looking on the 28th my friend. Quick question. What is a good seasoning for crow? Got a couple that I want to smoke? Thanks in advance.

So who wins the windsock award?

You know, opinion changes with the prevailing wind?  Alternates between 'how dare he fool us...let's get him!!!' and 'SGH is the best, I've always loved his cooks and value everything he says'

Lots of good competition out there, but who was truly outstanding?

You just have me a good idea. When I return on the 27th I will let my inaugural cook be some smoked crows. Thank you for that fine idea. That's why I love you brother!!!
