I have the kitchen aid and ice cream bowl, I do the homemade for the kids mainly. No comparison to store bought....so.much better.

@hapster-menu sounds great but your photos are always of the most eggcellent quality. Care to share any "tricks of the trade" with the mussels? I doubt I can "head fake" one past SWMBO but worth a shot>- Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

The handmade chorizo and kelbasi was insanely good. The sirloin tips were good, but I think I'd rather just caveman a steak. Not quite ready for the mussels so I'm making more sausage. Some Wegmans mild Italian...
