I'm pretty stoked right now!! :D I networked with the Chef at my hospital and scored a case of Sysco Kosher Salt. I have been trying to acquire some because the salt is a lot more like a salt chip/flake and doesn't settle as much as Morton k-salt. IMO, it's perfect for my homebrew rubs.
