I thought I had smoked everything there was to smoke. I have even cold smoked Copenhagen before but never thought of ice cream. If you pull it off please be sure to post it. That would be something to see.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

i've smoked milk for mac and cheese before. it added a bit of flavor would probably better done cold smoked so the cream didn't get messed up before hand

How bout something easier. Take some of the bark from a smoked butt that has only a sugar rub. Put some shreds in the cream overnight, and then make the ice cream.

I know that a lady that went by the name smokin' gal who owns an egg did some. Trying to find her post on another forum. She used to have a blog called barbecueaddict, but I can't find it now. Maybe Bobby Flay paid her to take it down so he could use the name, loll. I'll keep searching for it, but here's a link to some bread pudding she did on her Egg using bread she cooked on the Egg as well as oranges she smoked.

I thought about making cannabis smoked ribs one time, but I don't see it tasting good at all. Plus, I'm not sure the neighborhood would appreciate it.

Smoked a lot of weed but have never seen stems big enough to use for wood chunks !! Brownies was the closest I ever came to cooking with weed !!
