This week I ordered a Maverick ET-733 and a Woo2. I'm graduating to a level beyond stock equipment. This is like my Big Green Egg quinceanera. I'm pumped.

Good for you, would love to hear your thoughts on the ET-733, that is (possibly) my next upgrade.

If it keeps me from sleeping through an alarm to check a temp then it's going to be a fantastic purchase. Don't get me wrong -- I love hovering around the egg for no good reason, but I don't like waking up to find out my cook was done an hour ago.Lubbock, TXLarge BGE
