Doing my mid year eval now... earlier today, one of my guys decided to resign (under protest of course)... this makes 6 terminations in a about 18 months. I find the no hussle is a problem where I work too.

SWMBO will eat faster than both of you put together. Youngest of 8 kids growing up, they just set troughs of food out and it was like lord of the flies.
