  • I'll be there. I think I am cooking this year.
  • I can't wait this will be my first eggtoberfest since I am new to the big green community. I love stone mountain and I am lucky enough to live only a hour away.

I just found out about this the other day. Is there a registration process or something? It'll be my first one!

Yes- registration opens August 4th.  There will likely be a link on that same page once it opens.  For this one it is definitely a good idea to register early as tickets will sell out.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Ah, thanks. I'll be sure to snag one on the 4th, then.

  • I did not know you need tickets I thought you could just get park tickets at the entrance. I am glad I saw this. I will be one of the first to sign up.

The cooks tickets sell out fast and the eggfest will sell out too.

JR - Were you at Hiawasee this weekend? I believe you were the guy who hooked me up with the bottle opener a couple times. The reason I'm guessing is because I remember you saying you were from John's Creek.

What's the deal with pre-buying one of the demos?  Does anyone know how / when that works?  I'm set with my LBGE but have a friend who's in the market.

    Thanks

@stgeorge ; Check back on that webpage after Aug 4th.  You should find information on getting a demo egg.

When you register to attend, there will be an option to buy one of the demos.

We would welcome anyone who is attending EGGtoberfest to head on over to Arkansas the next weekend for our EGG'N in the Valley :)    If you are going to be coming in an RV, we have a few spots available at no charge (water and electric only) on a first come/first reserved basis.  Would to have all of you!!  www.eggninthevalley.com

nealcr1 I think it may have been me with the bottle opener @NGA. We had the mini we were cooking on, as well as the large. @JRWhitee nice to see some other Johns Creekers on here.

Does anyone know how much tickets approx will cost. Thinking of making a long weekend out of it and flying down to ATL to go sightseeing and go to eggtoberfest from MN.
