BB Ribs - Turbo'd with Mickey's Coffee Rub

Just turbo'd a few racks of baby back ribs using Mickey's coffee rub and felt like sharing! We Let the ribs marinate overnight with only mustard and Mickey's rub. Set the egg at 320 degrees and cooked flat for 50 min. Pulled the ribs, foiled and put back on the egg for another 50 minutes. Took off the foil, sauced and put back on the egg for another 12ish minutes. Had to go out of town so we FTC'd for about 3 hours. I was a little nervous that the long period of being in the cooler would take away from the cook but luckily everything was still great! Second time cooking ribs and first time using the rub. Really happy with how everything turned out!
