Making Monday pizza. 500 degrees. Plate setter legs down, grid, raised grid, pizza stone. She's warming up now.

It will quit after you stabilize it for approx 10-15 min. If not, you got gunk in there and you have to wait until it's burned off. Publix dough. Then use the neelys chicken Alfredo pizza recipe as below.
500-525 plate setter legs down, grid, raised grid, pizza stone. Parchment paper for 2 minutes, remove paper, and cook 5-8 more minutes. Check crust a few times. I will even slide pizza up with peel and wipe with damp rag to slow crust cook.

@NPHuskerFL picked up a "build your own six pack" at Winn Dixie. It's a random pick. Consisted of bells two hearted, a few lagunitas, and a new Belgium something. All have been good!! I can get exact names if you need.

That Lagunitas Little Sumpin is an awesome beer!! Anytime I can get that here I grab it in quantity. The local Death Star (A.B. Inbev) has nothing that compares.
